In honour of Tanner's birthday, this week is filled with fun! At some point they tell Lindsay what they want from a third Viva Piñata game, but most of it is just them outlining the games bizarre factoids in just the right way to terrify her. I guess Halloween isn't quite over yet. As they smash open paper mache critters they'll also discuss quality of life improvements, piñata cryptids, and a delightful lizard cat.

This week, if you die in real life...you die in the game. The People's Choice Poll for this month has brought around Heir Apparent, an isekai-esque novel about a girl getting stuck in a VR fantasy game who only has a set amount of tries to win before damaged equipment roasts her brain! Tanner leads Lindsay on a quest to make a miniseries, or maybe full series, chronicling the main character exploring side quests that the novel didn't have time for and making things a little but glitchier. Along the way the two also encounter the smell of popcorn, a succession crisis, and floppy discs.

Our second year starts as we return to the beginning...er...more like a third of the way through. Lindsay and Tanner go back to their roots to create the third season of their Once Upon a Time reboot, this time focusing on expanding on journeys of self-discovery, a shady non-government organization, and killing of Rumple for good so there.
