It's a comic miniseries that follows a pair of American youths faking psychic powers during the cold war - and a pair of Russians youths who aren't. Tanner wants to take the premise and expand it, letting them see the problems on both sides of the curtain and look at how it's the governments being cruel and incompetent that ruin everything.
